We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with the tag still attached.

Items with the tag removed or altered are not eligible for return.

As each piece is handmade with natural stones, slight variations in color may occur due to the unique nature of the materials and different lighting conditions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final sale items, custom or personalized pieces, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
